Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Travel Technician to join our security business unit in Idaho. You will maintain, repair and install low voltage cable systems, access control and video systems across diverse client sites.

Responsibilities include programming security software, end-user training, and providing technical phone support while traveling as needed. A valid driver license and 2–4 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–4 years of experience in maintenance, repairs and installation of low voltage cable, access control and video systems.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Organized and detail oriented with ability to operate hand and power tools.

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Travel Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintenance, repairs and installation of low voltage cable, access control and video systems
• Assist with new programming and re-programming of related security software
• End-user training
• Provide technical phone support to customers
• Electronics and mechanical aptitude

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2-4 years of experience in maintenance, repairs and installation of low voltage cable, access control and video systems
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to operate hand and power tools

Preferred Qualifications:

The hourly pay range for this position is $30.00–$40.00 per hour . The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
