Strive Solutions is seeking an IT Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems at retail travel center locations in the Knoxville area. The role covers network infrastructure, POS systems, servers, printers, and low-voltage cabling, with frequent travel to job sites.

The technician will verify installations meet business requirements and compliance standards and provide on-site support during service needs, ensuring proper practices during rollouts, removals, and ongoing

Competenze

• Experience with retail POS and core IT infrastructure (networking, servers, printers, PCs).
• Strong troubleshooting across connectivity and equipment.
• Knowledge of low-voltage cabling and structured installation/maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently on-site and ensure work complies with requirements and standards.
• Willingness to travel frequently to job sites.
