American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a CVOR Surgical Technologist with 18+ months of CVOR experience and strong endovascular skills for a 13-week hospital assignment in Georgia.

The role requires Epic EMR proficiency, a valid license if applicable, and readiness to work day shifts with weekend call. Generous housing allowance and travel reimbursements are offered to support travel nurses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work in the hospital's CVOR unit on day shift (12-hour AM shifts).
• May float to the General OR as needed.
• Weekend call required, averaging 48-60 hours every 4-week period.
• 13-week assignment with start dates every Monday.
• Support cardiac and vascular procedures including cannulations and endovascular cases.
• Access to on-call rooms during call shifts.

American Traveler is seeking a CVOR Surgical Technologist with 18+ months of recent CVOR experience and strong endovascular skills for a 13-week hospital assignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of full-time CVOR experience within similar acuity setting in the last 3 years
• Must have all 3's and 4's proficiency for cardiac and vascular procedures
• Strong endovascular experience required
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Education verification or national certification required per state requirements
• Experience with neurosurgery, surgical oncology, and robotics preferred
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Work in the hospital's CVOR unit on day shift (12-hour AM shifts)
• May be required to float to the General OR as needed
• Weekend call required, averaging 48-60 hours every 4-week period
• 13-week assignment with available start dates every Monday
• Support cardiac and vascular surgical procedures including cannulations, aorta cases, and endovascular procedures
• Access to on-call rooms available for staff during call shifts
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Former employees of the health system must be separated for 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• Requested time off is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if near a holiday, with only 1 holiday request allowed
