Job summary

American Traveler, LLC is seeking a CVOR Surgical Technologist for a hospital setting in Ohio. Open heart case circulation experience and BLS certification are required to join a fast-paced cardiovascular team.

Responsibilities include circulating open heart cases on a day shift (4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM) with on-call duties. Travel and local candidates are considered; COVID-19 and influenza vaccines are required, with exemptions where allowed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CVOR/permanent experience required.
• CVOR experience preferred.
• Experience circulating open heart cases required.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Circulate open heart cases in the hospital CVOR unit.
• Day shift on a 4x10-hour schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• On-call requirements to be discussed with manager.
• Accepts local candidates at the same bill rate.
• Travelers expected to work every other holiday.
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccines required with exemptions where applicable.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation (up to 2 attempts).
• Permanent candidates cannot return to this facility for 1 year from their previous end date.
