The position requires CST, BLS, NBSTSA, and applicable state licensure where required. Join a team operating 15 ORs with a hybrid room, handling about 45 cases daily across diverse specialties, with varied shifts and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CST experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Hospital OR unit with 15 ORs plus a hybrid room shared with Cath Lab.
• Average 45 cases per day between OR and CVOR.
• Care for General, GYN, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Thoracic, Robotics (Davinci), and Trauma cases (excluding transplants).
• Shift options include 0645 start times (8s, 10s, 12s), mid shift 0900-1930, and nights 1830-0700.
• Weekend rotation required; On-call: 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend every 4 weeks with 20-minute response time.
• No floating required.
• Supported by a care team including Charge RN, staff RNs, CNAs, and fellow CSTs.
• PM shift support includes Charge RN, staff RN, 2 techs, and 1 aide.
• First week orientation paired with a preceptor; CSTs receive minimal SOAR orientation and orient with General, Ortho, and Neuro services.
• Holiday coverage approximately 50%+ based on facility need.
• RTO must be approved by the manager in advance.
• Scrubs provided; Free parking with paid garage option.
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position.
