Job summary

Travel Guard, part of Zurich Cover-More, is hiring a Night Shift Customer Service Representative to support American Express cardholders with inbound and outbound calls.

You will assist with pre-trip planning, document interactions in our case management system, and ensure privacy and compliance while delivering exceptional service.

This role runs 9pm–5am Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, includes a $3/hour shift differential, and offers hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Critical and creative thinking to provide solutions for cardholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in gathering and entering information.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks while serving high-end clientele.
• Ability to work 9pm-5am Monday-Friday, with rotating weekends.
• Shift differential details apply: $3/hour during specified hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive experience with American Express cardholders managing inbound and outbound calls.
• Assist cardholders with pre-trip planning and during travel assistance.
• Remain knowledgeable of Travel Guard assistance options, including legal, financial, and travel assistance.
• Utilize critical thinking to provide solutions.
• Multi-task across multiple systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Accurately document interactions in our case management system.
• Maintain privacy, compliance and performance standards.
