An application made for this job — a tailored resume and cover letter that speak straight to the posting.
ABT US, a corporate travel management company based in Wayne, New Jersey, is seeking a part-time coordinator for an evening shift (1:00 PM–9:00 PM) on-site. You will handle business travellers on the phone, inputting bookings and billing data across several systems and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
Applicants should be comfortable with a fast-paced desk, able to stay organized when multiple tasks are urgent, and committed to the same weekly schedule.
This role covers 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on-site in our Wayne office, on a set weekly schedule you commit to. Our clients are in the air and in hotels when most offices have gone home, so the evening block is the job, not an occasional ask. If those hours do not work for you, this is not the right role, and we would rather you know that now than three interviews in.
You are on the phone with a business traveller whose flight just got cancelled. While you are talking, you are entering booking and billing details into systems that do not talk to each other, and a shared inbox is filling up behind you. Somewhere in the middle of that, a confirmation number is going to be wrong, and catching it is the difference between a solved problem and an expensive one.
That is a normal Tuesday. It is fast, it is detailed, and it is a real desk with real consequences.
No travel industry background, we will teach you our systems. No specific degree. No prior job with Coordinator or Administrative Assistant in the title. If you have worked a busy front desk, a bank window, a pharmacy counter, a dispatch board, a call centre, or a campus office, you already know most of what this job is.
We are a corporate travel management company in Wayne, New Jersey, looking after business travellers across the country. Small team, no layers, and you would report into our operations group directly.
Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
