Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU in Lenexa, KS for a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week on nights. The role emphasizes telemetry care, cardiac monitoring, and swift collaborative action in a Stepdown unit.

Required are an RN license, BLS, ACLS, and at least 1 year of Stepdown RN experience; PCCN/NIHSS certifications are a plus. Benefits include travel pay, insurance, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and cardiac treatments.
• Maintains safety and comfort of telemetry patients.
• Documents patient care and coordinates with the team.
