Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Overland Park, Kansas. The RN will care for stepdown patients, monitor telemetry, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced travel setting.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience required.
• Current RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing plan.
• Assist physicians during cardiac procedures and exams.
• Document assessments and patient progress in the chart.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and self-care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care.
