Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on telemetry monitoring, cardiac care, and collaborative, patient-centered nursing.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current RN license in state regulations.
• BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets telemetry data and vital signs.
• Administers medications and treatments per nursing protocols.
• Assists physician during cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort for telemetry patients.
• Documents patient status and notifies physicians as needed.
• Adheres to infection control and hospital safety policies.
