Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Davenport, IA. The RN will provide care to patients transitioning from critical to medical-surgical units, with emphasis on telemetry monitoring and cardiac care, in a travel setting for 13 weeks.

The role requires 1 year of stepdown experience, an active IA RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel benefits and a supportive clinical team are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in IA compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Assist with cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document nursing history and physical assessments for telemetry patients.
