Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Lees Summit, MO. The Stepdown RN will monitor telemetry, administer cardiac-focused care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) and ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data.
• Administers medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Assists physicians during cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Documents nursing history and patient assessments; communicates changes to the team.
