Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Stepdown RN for a 12-week travel assignment in Saint Louis, MO. The RN will monitor telemetry, administer cardiac-focused care, and collaborate with the care team on a schedule that includes 12-hour night shifts.

Requirements include 1 year of Stepdown experience, MO RN license, BLS and ACLS. PCCN and NIHSS are preferred; travel benefits and competitive pay offered by Fusion.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license compliant with Missouri regulations.
• BLS certification required (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS certification required (AHA/ARC).
• PCCN certification preferred.
• NIHSS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry and rhythms; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer prescribed meds and treatments for cardiac care.
• Assist with procedures and prepare equipment for cardiology care.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and education.
• Document assessments and communicate with the team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to deliver telemetry care.
