Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Chula Vista, CA. The role focuses on caring for patients transitioning from ICU, with 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.

You will monitor telemetry, administer medications, and collaborate with the team to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Eligible candidates have 1 year Stepdown experience, California RN license, BLS and ACLS.

Qualificações

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current valid RN license in CA.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilidades

• Monitors and interprets telemetry data, vital signs, and rhythms.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepares equipment and assists with cardiac procedures.
• Educates patients on cardiac health and discharge plans.
• Documents nursing assessments and patient responses to interventions.
• Maintains infection control and patient safety standards.
