Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Stepdown RN to join a 13-week assignment in Plano, TX. You'll work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts in a PCU setting, delivering cardiac care and telemetry monitoring.

The role requires at least 1 year of Stepdown RN experience, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS. PCCN and NIHSS are preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided by Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience is required.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• PCCN and NIHSS certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and cardiac rhythms.
• Administer prescribed medications and cardiac care interventions.
• Assist physicians during cardiac procedures and assessments.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort for telemetry patients.
• Document assessments and collaborate with the care team.
