Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Saint Charles, MO. The role focuses on patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units, with telemetry monitoring and critical nursing interventions.

A strong emphasis on collaboration with the multidisciplinary team is required. Qualified candidates have at least one year of Stepdown experience, MO RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current MO RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Monitor telemetry data and respond to abnormalities.
• Administer prescribed medications and cardiac treatments.
• Assist physician during cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort for telemetry patients.
• Document nursing history and assessments for telemetry patients.
• Educate patients on cardiac health, risk factors and lifestyle changes.
