Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Chicago, IL. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and strong clinical team support to ensure high-quality patient care during transition from intensive care to telemetry units.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of Stepdown RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and assists physician during cardiac procedures.
• Maintains patient comfort and safety; monitors telemetry patients.
