Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations in Casper, Wyoming.

Job description

Role:

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using standardized assessments and clinical observations. Continuously monitor and adjust treatment, maintain detailed documentation, and educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safety practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, adhere to safety and infection control protocols, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must hold a valid state licensure, current BLS certification, and possess critical thinking, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills. Physical abilities include remaining stationary and moving equipment, with proficiency in PC use. Capable of handling physical tasks, working effectively under pressure, and maintaining visual acuity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competence, and relevant experience—new grads are welcome. Additional certifications or licenses may be required.
