Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. You will develop personalized treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in varied healthcare settings to deliver patient-centered care.

This role requires current state licensure and BLS; a Master’s degree and CCC are preferred.

Job description

Role:

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, utilizes assessments and clinical observations, monitors patient progress, educates patients and families, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, maintains accurate documentation, and adheres to safety and regulatory standards. Participates in quality assurance and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must hold a valid state licensure and BLS certification; a Master’s Degree or higher, and CCC are preferred. Skills include critical thinking, excellent communication, technical proficiency, physical ability to assist with equipment, and the capacity to work under pressure with professionalism.
