Zusammenfassung

TotalMed Allied seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in North Smithfield, RI. The role is 32 hours per week, 8-hour days, with immediate start and state licensing required. New grads are encouraged to apply if they have BLS and ASHA SLP certification.

The SLP will evaluate speech, voice and swallowing issues, develop plans of care for diverse patient populations in acute care, and document progress per guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 6 months of experience; new grads may apply.
• BLS and ASHA-SLP National Certification with state licensing required.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Create individualized treatment and therapy plans.
• Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educate patients and families about speech disorders and causes.
• Report progress to relevant parties and maintain documentation.
