Job summary

Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, seeks a Travel Specialty Patient Care Coordinator to support Olympia-area specialty practices. You will welcome patients, coordinate appointments, verify insurance, and assist with treatment planning in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Work schedule is Mon–Fri; travel to multiple offices within the Olympia market as needed. This role offers opportunities for growth and collaboration with dental professionals dedicated to exceptional care.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required.
Experience in a dental or medical office preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑first mindset.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with dental practice management software and insurance verification is a plus.
Ability to travel between assigned specialty offices.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression.
Schedule specialty appointments and coordinate patient care across multiple locations.
Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, and discuss financial arrangements with patients.
Support specialty providers by managing patient communications and ensuring efficient office flow.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Travel to assigned specialty offices within the Olympia market based on business needs.
