Smile Brands Inc., supporting Bright Now! Dental in Puyallup, seeks a friendly Patient Care Coordinator for the front office. You will welcome patients, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth visit.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental experience, knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Benefits are offered with employment status/hours.

Overview

At Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands, we believe exceptional patient care starts the moment a patient walks through the door. Our Puyallup office is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-focused Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about creating positive experiences and helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit.

As a key member of our front office team, you’ll help create a welcoming environment while supporting scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, and daily office operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with patients, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and a positive first impression
