A leading asset management firm is seeking Solar Field Service Technicians for photovoltaic repair in the Tallahassee area. Candidates will conduct inspection and maintenance of solar panel systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role requires 1-3 years of experience, knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, and proficiency with electrical testing tools. Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 USD per hour, with additional benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience on commercial/utility scale solar sites.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Conduct inspection and corrective maintenance of PV systems.
• Troubleshoot inverters and replace/repair string lines.
• Responsible for documentation of work orders and service records.
