Job summary

A clean tech company based in Tampa, FL is seeking a Solar Field Service Technician to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving solar system performance issues. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in solar installation and troubleshooting. This role includes on-site repairs, customer relationship management, and maintaining service standards. Excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in installing and troubleshooting residential solar systems.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Must have a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair solar systems on-site.
• Maintain service level agreements for visits.
• Complete job closeout reports after site visits.
