Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy across assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings. You will screen, evaluate, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, and discharge planning for residents.

The role includes supervising rehab techs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliant documentation, and delivering high-quality patient care while upholding Reliant Rehabilitation standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Valid SLP state license where applicable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic Internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP therapy and related services to residents.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop treatment plans.
• Supervise Rehab Techs and assistants; manage case load.
• Ensure compliance with OBRA and state/federal regulations.
• Maintain professional conduct and patient rights.
