Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy in assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, discharge planning, and supervise rehab technicians in a patient-centered program.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Valid state license for SLP (where required).

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate and treat patients as referred.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management.
• Supervise Rehab technicians and assistants.
• Maintain compliant billing and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Travel between facilities as required.
• Uphold infection control and patient privacy.
