Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop plans of care, and discharge plans while supervising Rehab Techs and maintaining compliance with regulations.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, build relationships with facilities and clients, and travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology.
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate).
Experience in a clinical setting with patient care and therapy planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Speech-Language Pathology therapy and related services to patients.
Screen and evaluate patients; develop initial and ongoing treatment plans and discharge plans.
Supervise Rehab Techs and assistants to promote efficient care.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding billing and documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain relationships with facilities and clients.
Travel between facilities during scheduled hours.
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
