Job summary

Globus family of brands is seeking a Sales Advisor Specialist to grow sales through strong relationships with travel advisors and agency partners. The role drives quote conversion, booking growth, and advisor engagement using proactive outreach, consultative selling, pipeline management, and follow-up.

The position emphasizes CRM ownership, product recommendations, and delivering an exceptional advisor experience across the US & Canada markets.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in sales, customer service, travel, hospitality, or a contact center environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business technologies.
• Travel industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through proactive outreach to travel advisors and agency partners.
• Convert quotes and opportunities into booked travel and maximize revenue.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure next steps and follow-ups are documented.
• Deliver exceptional service while achieving sales goals and participate in coaching and development.
• Utilize quality coaching to improve communication and sales effectiveness and participate in meetings.
