Concrete Strategies LLC. is seeking a Safety Engineer to support project staff and the safety team in executing corporate safety standards across multiple locations.

This full-time traveling role emphasizes building a zero-injury culture, weekly site inspections, and contractor safety coordination. Responsibilities include conducting orientations, pre-task safety analyses, safety meetings, incident investigations, and maintaining records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety and Health or equivalent.
• At least two years of safety experience in building construction or related field.
• OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation.
• OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of the project safety program.
• Establish and conduct jobsite orientation for new project employees.
• Administer and record participation in orientation program.
• Attend initial meetings with project staff and subcontractor representatives.
• Conduct safety meetings with subcontractor representatives and project staff.
• Facilitate site safety training per OSHA standards and company policy.
• Maintain safety records and incident reports.
• Investigate incidents and generate proper reports.
