TW Constructors is seeking a Safety Manager to support project staff and the safety team in executing corporate safety standards. The role emphasizes creating a zero-injury culture, conducting weekly site inspections, and coordinating new-hire orientations across multiple projects with travel involved.

The position requires OSHA 30-hour construction training, experience with subcontractors, and strong communication to drive proactive safety initiatives and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 hour construction accreditation required.
• Experience with subcontractors and field safety on construction projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel is required with this position.
• Conduct weekly documented jobsite safety inspections.
• Develop and support a zero-injury safety culture on each project.
• Direct orientations for all new project workers.
• Assist with and review subcontractor daily pre-task safety analysis.
• Identify project trends and execute proactive safety initiatives to eliminate incidents.
• Report all incidents in an effective and timely manner.
• Administer and record participation in orientation programs.
• Establish and conduct regular safety meetings with subcontractors and project staff.
• Facilitate training for site personnel to ensure OSHA/TW Constructors compliance.
