The Safety Manager will oversee all safety programs, promote a Zero Harm culture, and lead incident investigations on diverse projects across the United States, with up to 90% travel.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and mentorship across project teams, ensuring safety and quality in every milestone from site setup to closeout.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive safety leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70E.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site-Specific Safety Plans and emergency protocols.
• Lead incident investigations, audits, and safety reporting.
• Mentor project teams on safety standards and continuous improvement.
