Concrete Strategies LLC is seeking a Safety Engineer to support project staff and safety teams in enforcing safety standards across multiple construction sites. This full-time traveling role emphasizes a zero-injury culture, weekly site inspections, new-hire orientations, and proactive safety initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating safety meetings, reviewing subcontractor safety programs, training site personnel to OSHA standards, and maintaining safety records.

Qualifications

• Strong management and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• B.S. in Safety and Health or equivalent.
• OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation; OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus.
• Computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Assist in development of the project safety program.
• Establish and conduct jobsite orientation for new project employees.
• Record participation in orientation and issue identifications.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings with subcontractors and project staff.
• Investigate incidents and generate proper reports.
• Maintain all required safety records and logs.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
