Job summary

Emtech in the United States (Washington) is seeking a Hardware Technician II/III to execute complex hardware projects in automation and robotics, troubleshoot, assemble and optimize cutting-edge systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes leading small teams on defined tasks, up to 100% travel, and maintaining safety in controlled environments while collaborating across disciplines to meet specifications and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, mechanics, electronics, connectors and cable assembly.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware tasks including troubleshooting, retrofitting, systems and supporting work-cell bring-up.
• Lead small teams on automation/robotics projects, ensuring high-quality assembly and adherence to project specifications.
• Travel up to 100% to support project implementation, site operations, and team coordination.
