American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN - Stepdown for a 13-week assignment, requiring travel experience and float across multiple units at the CSM-Ozaukee campus. The role includes 12-hour shifts (07:00–19:30) with every other weekend and holiday rotations.

• Rotations include every other weekend and every other holiday.
• Assignment length is 13 weeks.
• Provide nursing care across departments per facility needs.
• Floating within skill set across units and nearby sites.

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start

Responsibilities

• Floats onsite to areas of greatest need within the CSM-Ozaukee campus, including AAU (mix of patient types), Med/Surg, Inpatient Rehab, and ED boarder patients
• May be required to float to sites within 40 miles if needed
• 12-hour shifts from 07:00-19:30
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• 13-week assignment length
• Provide nursing care across multiple departments based on facility need
• Floating required within skill set across assigned units and potentially to nearby sites
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility
• First-time travelers are not considered for this position due to travel experience requirement
