Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a licensed RN for a Step Down Unit in Los Angeles, CA. This role requires CA RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, and at least 1 year of recent full-time experience with cardiac rhythm recognition.

Shifts are 12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 36 hours weekly, with EPIC EMR usage and travel-friendly benefits. Local candidates may receive traveler pay rates.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience in cardiac rhythm recognition required.

Responsibilities

• Step Down Unit (SDU) setting.
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• 12-hour shifts on a rotating weekly schedule.
• 36 hours per week.
• Uses EPIC EMR system.
