American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Telemetry RN for a 13-week Med Surg/Observation assignment in Texas. Active TX or compact RN license, BLS and ACLS are required, along with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

You’ll join the Clinical Diagnostic Unit’s telemetry care team in an 8–10 bed unit, working 6:45 PM–7:15 AM with rotating weekends. Clinical CDU start, holiday coverage, and local radius rules may apply to pay rates for nearby facilities.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start.

Responsabilités

• Work in the Med Surg Unit-Observation (Clinical Diagnostic Unit), an 8-10 bed telemetry unit
• Shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Rotating weekends required
• 13-week assignment length
• Support a newly established Clinical Diagnostic Unit (CDU) providing telemetry-level care
• Holiday coverage required for 2 major holidays
• Scrub dress code is navy blue top and bottom, with Ascension-branded shirt worn on payday Fridays
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on facility location
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
