American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Telemetry RN for the Emergency Department/Clinical Diagnostic Unit in Texas. The role requires an active TX or compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, and at least 2 years of nursing experience.

You will support admission holds in a telemetry ED unit operating 8- to 10-bed CDU, with night shifts and weekend rotation. Open to first-time travelers; radius rule applies for local candidates.

• Nursys license verification within 30 days prior to start

Responsibilities

• Support ED admission holds and CDU in the ED
• CDU is an 8- to 10-bed telemetry unit
• Night shift schedule 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
• Rotating weekends
• Holiday coverage for two major holidays
• Provide telemetry-level nursing care for ED admission holds and CDU patients
• Navy blue scrub top and bottom; Ascension-branded shirt on Fridays

• Night shift schedule from 6:45PM-7:15AM
• Rotating weekends required
• Holiday coverage required for 2 major holidays
• Provide telemetry-level nursing care supporting ED admission holds and CDU patients
• Navy blue scrub top and bottom required, with Ascension-branded shirt worn on payday Fridays
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
