Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry/Postop unit in Texas. The position requires at least 2 years of specialty experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

Work is on a 13-week contract with a day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. BLS certification is required, and candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry/Postop nursing experience
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Med Surg Telemetry/Postop unit (2 North)
• 13-week contract assignment
• Day shift schedule, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Provide nursing care to telemetry and postoperative patients
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
