Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Telemetry RN for night shift in Louisiana. The role requires at least 1 year of telemetry experience and an active LA or compact RN license. NIH Stroke Certification is required for this unit and BLS must be current.

The position runs 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a 13-week assignment; local candidates are not considered and you must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted).
• NIH Stroke Certification required for this unit.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Telemetry unit (3A) of a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Provide telemetry nursing care to medical-surgical and cardiac monitoring patients.

• Provide telemetry nursing care to medical-surgical and cardiac monitoring patients
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
• Local candidates will not be considered under any circumstances
