Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Harrisburg, PA. The role supports patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units, with 12-hour night shifts and 36 hours per week.

Qualified applicants will have one year of Stepdown RN experience, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Additional PCCN and NIHSS credentials are preferred. Travel pay comes with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors telemetry data, vital signs, and reacts to abnormalities.
• Administers prescribed medications and cardiac treatments.
• Assists physicians during cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Maintains patient comfort and safety for telemetry patients.
• Documents nursing history and assessments; educates patients on cardiac health.
