Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care across the full spectrum, using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in the Sanford Med Ctr Fargo setting.

This travel-friendly role emphasizes patient education, triage, and coordination of care, with opportunities to work in underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plans and coordinates care, conducts patient assessment and education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
• Functions within the Nurse Practice Act and Standards of Practice and adheres to the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
