Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The role requires graduating from an accredited nursing program and holding a current RN license; a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.

The RN will provide comprehensive care across the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and other professionals, and coordinating patient education, triage, and care plans in various clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessment and education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
