Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel assignments in Fargo, ND. You will apply the nursing process to provide individualized patient care, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across settings.

You will assess patients, educate families, triage needs, and coordinate care while practicing within the state's Nurse Practice Act. Travel opportunities support serving underserved communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, assess patients, educate, triage, and perform nursing interventions.
