Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. You will provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process.

Collaboration with physicians and a team will plan, implement and evaluate patient care across all phases of care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions in a setting focused on preventative care, health maintenance, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care following the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate patient care, including assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
