Solutions by Sanford has a travel RN opportunity at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The RN will provide individualized nursing care and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license in the state or multistate licensure, and ongoing competency certifications. It emphasizes comprehensive patient care across all stages of health maintenance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessment, education, triage and other nursing interventions.
