Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board where practicing.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate and triage patient care and interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance and treatment.
