Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, assess, educate, triage and perform nursing interventions.
