Job summary
FirstChoice – Trinity Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for part-time night shifts at MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center in Iowa. RNs will float across departments as needed within the health system, delivering high-quality patient care in a flexible mobile staffing model.
Highlights include premium pay, flexible scheduling, travel and per diem opportunities, license/certification reimbursements, and DailyPay.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
- 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
- 2 years of recent clinical experience for all other specialties (CCU, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health).
- Credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS/ACLS/PALS via American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Float throughout the hospital and multiple locations/regions as needed.
- Apply standard elements of professional practice and ensure outcomes are achieved.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement outcomes.
- Adapt to new ideas and manage competing priorities while maintaining patient care.
