Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Cincinnati, OH. You will work 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, providing care to patients transitioning from ICU to stepdown units and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires one year of Stepdown RN experience, an active OH RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certification. Travel benefits include competitive pay and robust support from the clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current valid RN license in Ohio.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data and respond to abnormalities.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Assist physicians during cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and telemetry monitoring.
• Document nursing assessments and patient responses; update care plans.
