Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry and vital signs; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during cardiac procedures.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety; document nursing assessments.
• Educate patients on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive telemetry care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and hospital policies.
